Getting Bigger!!
Last week, I had my monthly doctor's appointment (at 11.5 weeks) and another sonogram. Baby Stacy has gotten SO BIG in the last 4 weeks! It was truly surreal to see how much he/she had grown in that short amount of time. We have gone from looking like a "little fish" (as Sis described the first pic) to looking like a little human! It was really neat and exciting to see. The heartbeat was 178 which everyone has told me that says GIRL! I'm still not totally sure what I think but I'm kinda thinking we're having a girl too. We still have many weeks to go before we find out pink or blue but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it flies by quickly! Have a great weekend!!

On the way...
WOW!! This is such a fun post to write for me because Reed & I are expecting a BABY!! We are so very excited and cannot wait to meet this little one already! At my first doctor's appointment we were able to see Baby Stacy and hear the heartbeat...which was a strong and fast 146. It was surreal to see something so small pumping that heart so fast. My due date is October 1st (right smack in the middle of football season!). We have to wait 7 LONG weeks to find out whether Baby Stacy is a boy or a girl! What do you think? Will we be having:
OR.....

February Fun!!
February has been a busy busy month for us!! We have celebrated the 1st birthday of three precious little boys: Hampton Blanks, Gaines Easterling and Smith Haralson! I cannot believe these sweet babies are already 1...I vividly remember the day that each was born! In fact, these 3 are only one week apart in age...Smith is leading the pack, followed by Gaines, then Hampton. We also celebrated the upcoming arrival of Baby Allen - Sidney and Kristin's little one. Kristin's shower was so much fun! It was especially fun seeing all of the sweet baby things she received! The Allens are having a little boy...he will be the III! Below are some pictures from Hampton and Smith's birthday party, Kristin's shower and Gaines's birthday party! Lots of sweet babies to celebrate this month!!

A New Initiate
Last weekend, my parents and I (Reed opted out of this trip) journeyed to Oxford for Sydnee's Phi Mu initiation weekend. We had a blast! While Syd was being initiated on Saturday, my parents and I took in the Ole Miss vs. Tennessee basketball game at the Tad Pad. Even though we lost, we had lots of fun! Once Sydnee was officially a Phi Mu, we went to dinner at 208 to celebrate! Sunday, the Phi Mu's had all of the new initiates and their families over for a lunch. We got to tour their gorgeous house and eat some great food! I am so excited for Sydnee...she's officially a Phi Mu now!! Congratulations Sis, you are going to LOVE these next 4 years!

Winter Weddings
The month of January has FLOWN by, partly due to so many fun weddings that we've been invited to attend. Amanda & Majure Markow were married on January 15th and Ashley & Clay Markham were married on January 22nd. We've had so much fun going to these beautiful weddings (i LOVE a wedding, you know?) and the brides were absolutely stunning! As you can tell from the pics below, Reed opted not to be in any (typical) but he makes a really good photographer!!

Birthday Favorites
I have two very special people in my life that are celebrating a birthday on this Friday. Brooxie (one of my best friends from Dyersburg) and my sweet Mom are both another year older today! I won't tell you how old they are but I think they look just as young now as they did in these pictures below! I love you both so very much and I'm thankful to have you in my life! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

Happy Christmas!!!
Ah, Christmas!! It is truly my favorite time of the year and I cannot believe that it has already come and gone! I love everything about the Christmas season: celebrating the birth of Jesus, lights, decorating the Christmas tree, candy canes, PAID days off of work, presents (of course!), TENNESSEE, spending time with our families, snow and Christmas parties with friends. This year, per usual, Reed and I had an early Christmas with the Stacy family then headed north to Tennessee to spend time with the Stafford family. I am so thankful that my fabulous mother/father-in-law are so unselfish about the holidays since Reed and I spend Christmas in Dyersburg each year. We had such a wonderful time celebrating with our families and friends...thank you all for you love and friendship!! Below are some pics:
